Summer Holidays Topic

 Summer is the best season of the year because schoolchildren have the longest holidays in June, July and August. We have lots of fun in summer, as we have neither lessons nor hometasks. We spend a lot of time outdoors: in the parks and forests, on the playgrounds and at the funfairs, at the seaside and on the river banks.  We can play different games from morning till night.  In summer we also travel a lot by bus, by train, by plane, by car or on foot.  We visit interesting places and foreign countries.  We sometimes visit museums and art galleries in summer.  But we must follow the rules there: we mustn’t litter, shout or laugh loudly.  It is nice to make new friends at the camp and go hiking together.  In summer we can sunbathe, swim, dive, snorkel and splash each other with water at the seaside. We have a chance to enjoy the bright hot sun, the blue cloudless sky, deep rivers and yellow sand, soft green grass and fragrant flowers, sounds of the sea, light breeze, echo in the high mountains, nice fountains and beautiful rainbows after the warm rain.  No doubt, we don't forget to help mummy (granny) about the house (garden).  We feel strong and healthy after summer holidays.  As for me, this summer I  __________________ ____________________ and I‘ve got wonderful impressions.
